They did such a great job on our kitchen remodel. We went from a 1970 upgrade to modern cabinets and quartzite counter tops. They kept their workspace clean and organized. They walked us through each step of this construction process, and provided weekly updates. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good contractor.

Working with Ion and his team has been an absolute dream. We are so happy with the completed project!! We did a full kitchen and bathroom remodel for our one bedroom condo. The before photos are almost embarrassing, everything was so dated and old. Now everything is fresh and modern, and the quality of work is very apparent thanks to this great team.

From the first time we met Ion, he was on time, polite, cheerful and very insightful on planning for our project. He always kept us in the loop on what was happening. This was the first time we have ever gone through a remodel, so his insight on optimizing the project was really appreciated. There were few hiccups, and when there were, he was ready with a solution which was great. He was so thorough and had a very strong attention to detail on small things I wouldn't have thought of. All of the team he brought in were friendly and polite and really a dream to work with. I would absolutely recommend and would work with him again!

I had my master bathroom remodeled. They took out a wall added a custom shower, put in the vanity, faucets, flooring, and new toilet. They were amazing quick while maintaining a high grade performance. I would definitely recommend and will consider for future projects. They were timely, and careful while moving things in and out of the house.

We had both a master and guest bathroom remodel project done by Ion and his crew in October 2023.

The job was done professionally and the crew took great care to protect the floors, stairs, and work areas from dust and debris. Each day they prepped with covers and plastic seals at doorways of each bathroom to assure minimal dust escape. No damage or scuffs to any walls or floors occurred, and that was exceptional.

Ion communicated progress each day and kept us in the loop if there was a decision to be made by us for any reason.

The job turned out beautiful ( new showers, flooring, and tub. I would not hesitate to recommend Ion to anyone considering a remodel project.

Highly recommend Ion Scutelnic and his team! We hired Ion Dec 2023 to help with a termite infestation in our house. Ion quoted us a fair price and fixed the issue in a timely manner. He made sure to remove all the termites, put in place preventative measures, and properly restored the walls that were broken down. Now we have new walls and no termites! We are happy with the results and hired him again to repair our windows. Ion is professional, competent, and very thorough!
