I have been trying to get customer service on a wood stove from us stove for over a week now- phone and email. They have yet to be of any help.
Do not buy this stove:u.s. woodstove 2469e. It draws too much air, which you cannot control. It has 3 large open holes side by side on the front of the door, and the entire bottom of the stove door draws even more air. The bottom of door draw issue you can't tell until you get the stove burning a load of wood.
If you can't control the air your wood stove draws, you cannot control the temperature the stove creates. Nor how much wood you burn.
Because i live in northern alaska(it will get minus 40F), which I've told them, their not helping to resolve this issue shows they are not customer service oriented. Real bad design for a stove!

At most the Unites States Stove Company is the "Shipping and Distributor of
United States Stove Company" products. Nothing is manufactured in the US!
"… with each product we produce." is a blatent misrepresentation. They don't "produce" anything...unless you count unsatisfied customers, in which case their nailing it!!
I purchased a simple fire wood cart that arrived with that rather distinct "I wasn't made or packed in North America" feel. Missing parts and incorrect instructions. This company has no email support. But they do offer texting support… if you can call it that… it takes days to get a response and days more of follow-up to get further answers to really simple questions. Like, please confirm when the missing parts were shipped… that one has been two days… still waiting on a reply.
I'd really suggest if they want to offer such poor service to just take the whole thing off-shore… then at least the expectations will be lowered to what it is they are providing and they will likely end up with happier customers.

I worked there for 6 weeks and got along great with everyone, my first week there I let them know about a doctor's appointment I had scheduled 6 months in advance and they told me that's fine I can take the day off, then I informed them again the day before, and then the day after I confirmed again that I missed the day for the doctors appointment. Three weeks later I get a call on my day off saying I was terminated.
I go to work to collect some belongings I had left there and to find out why I was fired.
The first reason I was given was "You missed too many days". I only missed one day, which they *told me* I could take the day off for that appointment. My bosses response was "I'm pretty sure you missed more than that" pretty sure? You should know before you fire me.
Then he changed the reason to "You never came in on your days off when I asked". You asked me ONCE my first week there and I did in fact come in that day and I worked the whole shift.
Then he changed the reason to "every time we put you on this machine you complain". I said everyone complains when they go on that machine, he said yeah I know.
That same day I went to get my stuff and information, I noticed some of my former coworkers were not at work either but the boss was onboarding a large group of Hispanic men so my assumption is we were fired to make room for cheaper labor.
Extremely suspicious behaviour overall and I do not recommend anyone to work here unless you have no other options, not only is the management scummy, there is many health hazards and the amount of sawdust in the air will make you prone to severe nosebleeds.
