I bring in van loads. Chk in w guard go to dock area, slide tandems, break seal back into one of the 2 docks, disconnect the trl line, go in w Trk keys and bol. They have all been very nice and accommodating. There's a Big Daddy's fuel spot on 72 where you can park by the storage sheds for sale. The convenience store has goodies, food and drinks for you. Been coming to this USG for years and haven't had any problems.

Terrible place to pick up loads. I'm waiting for my load now. Loads are seldom ever ready at the scheduled time. The "pretarped, road-ready" loads are generally a mess that requires about an hour to correct and properly secure. Also, the tarping crew never returns all the driver's equipment (straps, bungies) and often damages the trailers (landing gear).

Easy in and out. Plenty of clean space. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Draw back: they don’t have an idea of how to strap load. I had re adjust all the straps. Load was ready in time

Was looking for an email to file a formal complaint. But there's not one on the website. I think I speak for most truck drivers when I say this. This is the only company that drops a loaded trailer and holds the paperwork for many hours. Please fix! It wastes time and money for many drivers!

I pick up flatbeds from here every week. The crew they have to tarp the loads are HORRIBLE! The rules they have in place to keep drivers off the trailer are idiotic. The guard is extremely rude. I hate having to go to this place. I always have to finish other people's work and can't do it properly because of asinine rules. Avoid this place if at all possible!!!!!!!

It’s a pretty decent loading location. You unhook your trailer and a yard jockey takes it to get loaded traped and straped. They do it pretty quick so don’t expect it to be 100% prefect. You’ll most likely be doing everything again to make sure the loads fully secured.

Everytime I pick up a load here I have to undo every winch because it's not inside the rub-rail. There's always 8-10 straps to fix properly. Such a waste of time. I got no problem wearing my PPE while outside of my truck. But when every gosh darn driver I see everytime I come here isn't wearing anything, not even safety glasses incase a bungie hook goes in your eyeball it's a pproblem. It has gotten ridiculous and that is not fair to the ones that follow the rules. I swear to god everytime I'm in the back preparing my pre-load. EVERY driver that I see is not wearing a darn lick of PPE! No vest. No nuthin'! I usually see about 15 drivers each time I'm there. Then the darn loading service trucker is always speeding in the 10 mph zone. He don't even allow the airbags to fulyl dump before he sets the trailer down. You can hear the recently dropped trailers landing legs violently walking back causing you to be startled and almost have a heart attack!
