Outstanding Service and Quality from Steve at Blinds Etc.!

When I chose blinds for my home, I wasn’t just looking for a product—I wanted exceptional service and knowledge. After interviewing three professionals, Steve from Blinds Etc. stood out by far.

Steve arrived right on time for his scheduled appointment (unlike the others who were late). He was polite, introduced himself and his business, and immediately demonstrated a high level of professionalism. His extensive knowledge was evident as he explained the differences in blinds, fabrics, and what would be most suitable for my window sizes. He took detailed measurements and even applied a discount for a current promotion.

In contrast, the other two individuals I interviewed barely took time to look around, skipped measurements, offered no introductions, and lacked any real service level. The choice became clear: Steve was the one to trust.

I did mention to Steve that one competitor had provided a slightly lower quote. He asked to see it, took the time to compare quality (which was lower quality product), and then offered me an additional discount. His transparency and willingness to ensure I understood the value of his product and service impressed me.

Steve was excellent to work with from start to finish. He explained the process, kept me updated on the production timeline, and regularly checked in along the way. When one set of blinds arrived early, he even offered the option of splitting the installation into two service days, which suited me perfectly.

After installation, he followed up to ensure I was happy, and I must say—I couldn’t be more pleased! The blinds look incredible, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

Steve from Blinds Etc is amazing. He is one of those contractors that you don't have to watch over or give a second thought to whether he is going to do a great job or not.
