Horrible experience with this guy. Definitely shady. Not helpful. Repaired a windshield that didn’t need to be repaired, and blamed it on my insurance company. Told me he wasted his time fixing my window that didn’t need to be replaced, but maybe if he would have noticed that there was nothing wrong with it, he wouldn’t have replaced it. Then had the audacity to ask me to pay for the window that needed to be repaired up front, then take it up with my insurance.

Became a smart ass when I called him and told me, “At least you got a new windshield out of it.” My insurance company called him to sort everything out and he hung up on them because they wouldn’t pay him for job they did not ask him to do.

I told him over the phone what I needed repaired prior to him arriving. Do not trust this guy.

I had called Mike's Auto Glass for an estimate, they didn't answer and I left a message. 5 hours later I still had not received a call. I called J & S Auto Glass. They answered, gave me an estimate without taking my personal information (like my name or address), only my vehicle info like year, make, and model. I was pleased with the estimate and was able to schedule an appointment for less than 48 hours (since I did not have an emergency need for replacement). They made an appointment at my bidding, for a time I chose. They gave a courtesy call when they were on their way; they came to me- I didn't have to go to them. Both men were courteous and efficient. They had the job done quick and done correctly. I highly recommend them! Thanks for a job well done and going above and beyond. Keep up the good work and you all know who I will call in the future anytime I need an auto glass repair.

I had a great experience with them. I had a windshield installed at a very good price and bought a side door glass to install myself after a break in. The technician even gave me pointers on how to install the side glass because my car is a little tricky. He traveled pretty far to get to me and didn't even charge extra for that. Great service. Glad to see it still exists.

Wife's windscreen cracked in car wash. Insurance recommended windshield replacement did not fit and then did not link with the car safety features. John Curry called the insurance and coordinated the repairs with the car dealership all for the covered price.

I broke my window this morning and wasnt able to call around until this afternoon, with it being a friday everyone was telling me that it wouldnt be until monday that they would be able to come out, unless i wanted to drive about an hour away. not only is he available this evening to come to my house, but he also is going the extra mile to drive an hour away to pick up the window. and he was one of the lower quotes i got. so far hes gone above and beyond so i can have my window fixed today. extremely satisfied 🙂
