First time buyer for Halal chicken. Not realizing I should place my order in advance, I called and they were able to fill my order same day. I was very grateful they were able to accommodate me. Very friendly and prompt. Glad to know they’re so close by as I have been traveling to Sacramento from Vacaville for my Halal meats.

Good healthy meat. Nice family.
I don't what these people that say,"poor customer service," Are talking about.
I have bought meat from them twice so far and can't wait to do it again. The first time we went there Ahmed was very patient and helpful and we bought part of lamb and goat.
The meat was so good we went back the next month for an entire goat. Our experience has been just fine.
We are going back for an entire cow in december.
If you need more attention from the owners I suggest going during the week as Saturdays seem very busy

Great guys.. the owner Ahmed is very courteous and respectful. he treats people with lots of respect the place is very very neat and the meat/Poultry handling is excellent . I was watching them all through. Highly recommend.

Ahmad, the owner, may not be the most customer friendly person but he knows what he is doing and trying to run a family business in an industry most of us wouldn’t even dare to enter.

I feel like anyone writing above negative comments didnt have the patience to spend the time to get to know him.

His time is valuable, and there are a lot of customers who dont even know how to buy meat from a grocery store.

Ahmed is friendly and he was very knowledgeable. I asked him questions and he helped me decide how to have the side of beef cut. Farm is clean, animals are grass fed as well as free range and they aren't afraid of visitors. Do yourself a favor and order from them. Start with a chicken, duck or turkey & I guarantee you the taste will end up purchasing a side of beef, lamb or goat 🙂

Had a fantastic experience here. Everything is super clean and organized. The father and son are very friendly. The way they slaughter lambs and goats is very humane and the way you stand while slaughtering is set up towards the Qibla. Animals are grass fed and healthy. Will definitely be returning.

Slaughter house very clean. The meat very tasty n well clean. Ahmed is very friendly and easy to interact with, but the wife is mean and has attitude. The wife has no soft sport in her heart, very argumentative. Not good for customer service. I wish the husband Ahmed should be available everytime so I don't need to deal with the mean wife.

bought chickens from this farm didn't check after the worker that choose them for me drove home about 10 min as soon as i got home 1 of the hens can't even stand up looking so sick when i called farm the next day owner's wife had a lot of attitude and so argumentative that she got the best employees. she got nothing else to say... i said i need credit to replace it finally she said ok !!!
