This park is very clean. Super friendly people all around. Seems that everyone here has dogs lol I can eventually ignore all the barking by turning up the TV or music and drown them out 😂 I like that they have a laundry mat on site that's open late. Just needs a little cleaning up but it works. This is a nice little retreat.

Narrow streets full of cracks tarred over but never fixed with too many, huge speed bumps. Double wide homes stuffed into single wide lots. Space rent goes up every year. Another $35 raise this year. Space rent has more than doubled in 12 years with 0 improvements. Trees were trimmed for the first time in 10 years because " inspectors were coming. " New owners every few years with a series of rent hikes to follow. Pay for dumpsters that you have to walk a block to and are usually full. Current Landlord is a grumpy, single parent who keeps having babys. Walks around looking mad all the time. Don't bother smiling at her, she will only scowl back. Better of renting somewhere else where you get something for your money besides stuck in this place.

lousy investment, park does not keep up grounds such as hedges and trees as it's supposed too. tons of speed bumps which have no effect on speeders and are a pain, very expensive for no pool or common area or any amenities, poor respect for it's own trees , shrubs, etc. One exception is the grassy lot in the front, it's well maintained and kids play there, however they could plant shade trees or build shade structures and add benches and BBQ's to give it greater use, right now it's just a couple of football fields with well kept grass.
