While this business was once a reliable partner during our home construction a decade ago, it seems their commitment to customer service has significantly diminished. We had several maintenance tasks that needed attention before the onset of winter. Despite our efforts to schedule a service appointment, our calls were consistently redirected from the receptionist to the business owner. Regrettably, after 19 attempts to reach out over a span of three months, we never received a callback from the owner. Left with no other option, we decided to seek services elsewhere and were fortunate to find a new local plumber.

I hired them for a complicated job: installing a HEPA filter on one heater unit and adding AC unit (and filter) to another, hoping to help manage the warm and smoky days we'll undoubtedly face this summer. They did first-rate work: on time and well-designed; it actually looks cleaner than it did without the add-ons. And they did it all for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I just bought a house and the water heater went out. American Home Shield hired another contractor from out of town that never came out! I had been without hot water or a swamp cooler for 2 weeks. I finally called Dean’s and they were amazing. Came out that same day and had my new water heater installed the next day. Everyone was professional and on time. Thank you for saving the day Dean’s!!

Thorough job done today on the evap cooler S. of LP. The guy knows his stuff, and has the cool touch. Will be calling again when it's time to light the furnace and winterize the cooler. Thanks ! Send us an E-Bill since we might not get to the PO Box for a couple weeks. Thanks again.

Second time this week tried calling for an emergency no one was available. So here's my question why have an emergency number and answering service if no one can make an emergency visit I would give a zero if I could.

Called deans in the morning due to a main line leak , I had it fixed by the afternoon the same day, very professional and had a good attitude, will definitely be calling them again if I have any further issues
