I took my RV there after I almost had a catastrophic failure on my tow hitch as most of the stock metal had sheered off. They helped out immediately and not only fixed but reinforced the hitch. I took in my tractor rim it needed a rust hole repaired. Guy said he could do I asked about how long he said couple of days this was on Monday. Called him Friday end of the week said he hadn't had time to get to it I was expecting him to say well get to it next week or something but said nothing. I gave him the rest of the following week and no call or anything to update from him to me. I went in person on Tuesday gave them the benefit of the doubt for Monday and my rim was sitting in the same spot it was two weeks ago. Unfortunately these guys wasted my time he should have just been honest from the start and said he didn't have time to repair it. Called another company they came out to my home the very next morning and had it done in 2 hours. It's unfortunate because I've done business with them before and had no issues but now I'm taking my money else where.

Excellent work and affordable prices. I had a few relatively small projects needing done on an overland van (they were big projects for me but small compared to the other things they were working on) and the Twisted Metal team squeezed them in and got them done despite having obviously much, much bigger and more lucrative projects on their floor. Great to work with and highly recommended.
