Lees Wild Game Processing was recommended to me after my two younger sons harvested their deer this season. The process was easy. The menu was far more than I expected. Fair pricing and professional service. In a couple of weeks we had our harvest back, and WOW! We couldn't be happier. The meat sticks are amazing and last night we had burgers. Bacon and pork added. Phenomenal! My youngest son is not a "burger" kid and he had two patties! We are looking forward to trying the other cuts and salamis next. Thank you Lees Wild Game for bringing what was such a wonderful experience for my boys and I, full circle to our table. I won't be going anywhere else for my processing.

I brought a couple of animals here in years past and they did a good job. This year there w/ my pronghorn I was missing the vast majority of the organ meats, ~75% of the heart and liver unaccounted for, and he tossed the kidneys for no reason whatsoever and without asking me. Everything was perfectly clean and no trimming was required.

I tried Lee's this year to change things up from my local butcher. I was noticing excessive gristle in the sausages and flavor in the salami was lacking.
1st thing I noticed about Lee's was how clean and upkept his facilities are. I also liked his menu and found a wide variety of processing options. I was contacted a week later to pick up my antelope. I was very impressed by the packaging and the namings on the packages were easy to identify. Note: I had an antelope and the meat was wrapped in classic butcher paper. If you have an elk or some thing larger that will last all year long, you may want to vacuum seam. I'm not sure if that's an option.
So far the salami and italian sausage have been AMAZING. the flavor is perfect and the jalapeño cheddar salami got pounded by my family. My wife even commented on the noticable, high quality processing. I can't recommend Lee's enough, and I'll be using him for all my processing.

We had a terrible experience with Lee Wild Game Processing. We brought in a couple of hogs for butchering.

Cathryn was inconsistent, unprofessional, and rude. She changed the pickup day three times on us over one week (first Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday, then back to Saturday after I protested). This was despite us planning a tight schedule around what she was telling us. Never an apology, just a deal-with-it attitude about everything. When I brought up the challenges this was creating for us, she got angry and told us that was our fault for planning around her. After telling me one day that it would be done Saturday, she got angry when I called her Friday yelling at me that they weren’t open Saturday—well, why did she tell me that the first time? While she did get the job done before we left town, it was only after a very nasty interaction.

I’m still waiting for an itemized receipt! Definitely do not recommend them!

They were very friendly and helpful. They let me know as soon as my deer was processed and ready for pickup. Their prices are reasonable as well. I would definitely use them again.

Brought some wild boar back from Texas and they processed it for us. Absolutely the best sausage we have ever had. They were quick and efficient. Went above and beyond for us! They are great and we definitely recommend!

We were recommended to use this business for our moose and caribou game processing since there are not many butchers in town. Unfortunately, we will not be back for return business. Our biggest concern is that the meat that had trauma in it was not trimmed out and was packaged with the good meat. The burger and sausage were ground very course and left pieces that you cannot chew. The fat and connective tissues of the meat were left and made all steaks/roasts chewy. Most packages were made to feed a small army.
