I’m so grateful I found this place! I placed an order last week for my recipes for a very special holiday dinner for my family and friends. They helped me choose the right meat for a German meal. When I picked it up yesterday I was so impressed! They cut it and packaged it perfectly with care. I Bought the buttered pickles and had to open those right away—mouth watering with a kick! Bought the holiday coffee and tried it this morning. Expensive but worth a try….i Bought the smoked apple bacon - so good and doesn’t shrink up when cooking! Bought the packaged liver and tried that too. Oh my! The service was amazing too. Thank you William a big Thank you to Kyle!! The place was packed but the attention and service I received was like I was the only customer there. Feeling grateful and so happy! Thank you all! Have a Merry Christmas and Happt New Year ❣️

Thanks Clint and Katie for hosting the "Butcher Class" last weekend, 9-16-2023. To see the labor and mastery of steps to take a 1/4 cow from a the butcher block to the cold case was fascinating. And then have you cook for us as well! Thanks is not Enough! Good Day Friends!

Always friendly and helpful. All of their meats are top quality. Picked up a variety of sausages for a party tomorrow and same wagyu beef pinwheels to have for dinner tonight.

Patti (sp?) and the gang have always been pleasant, and very helpful. Butcher Boys seems to be the only place around that carries chicken hearts for my dogs. They may be a little on the expensive side, but considering the level of service with an immaculately kept shop, its worth the drive and spending a little more. Highly recommend you at least go check them out!
