Don't bother paying extra for expedited shipping!! I paid for UPS 2nd day, and they sent merchandise by usps or something else, and a week later and AFTER MY ANNIVERSARY it still is not here and now tracking says "delivery date unknown"
No response from Peora via their "chat" or email and NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL!!!
I'll be amazed if and when the jewelry ever arrives it is at all the quality they represent it to be!
I have never left a review for anything but 5 stars, but there's a 1st for everything.

I bought a ring for my Mom as a gift last week and it came on time and was perfect. The quality of the ring was amazing and the gemstone was beautiful. We will definitely be buying from Peora more!

I have ordered from Peora for my partner and other family members a few times, and each time, I am extremely happy with the products. In my last purchase, the ring that I bought didn't fit quite right, so I contacted Peora for an exchange. The representative immediately responded and worked with me, and I received the new ring in just a few days. It was a no hassle communication and the new ring is a big hit!
I only wish Peora has a larger precious stones ring collection for men because I would definitely buy more of them 🙂

I originally ordered an expensive set of earrings through Amazon but sold by Peora. This item showed it could be delivered internationally, which I needed. A week or so after ordering I checked status and it had not shipped yet. I called Amazon and they said "Don't worry it will be there on time." (for Valentine's Day) One week later I saw it still had not shipped, called Amazon again and was told the same thing. Another week, same thing happens except now Amazon blames Peora for not supplying the item to Amazon to fulfill. Ugh! I write a lousy review and Peora contacts me to say they will do what they can to make it all better and that they will get the earrings expeditated. I write back to Peora with all the details and two weeks later (and past Valentine's Day) no response from Peora! Seriously? Shame on them!

I ordered a beautiful pearl sterling silver necklace, SP10928 through Peora. It was a gift for a friend and she absolutely loved it! She went crazy over it! This necklace has an unusual curve in the bail of the necklace. It is so pretty! I highly recommend this necklace and this company to do jewelry business with. I have bought several other things and have been highly satisfied with each one.

Extremely poor products and somehow the customer service is even worse. Emails go unanswered and when they do, they’re 8+ days after I’ve sent one. Main stone fell out of my ring and despite it still being on their site and me still having the original box (did I mention I had it less than a month? Maybe 2-3 weeks of use in all) and they can’t help me without an order number. No policy on gifted items at all. Complete waste of money and time.
