Ordered auto mirrors. Web description said they would fit my car. Did not. Tried to install them and when I did they would not fit. Applied for a refund and was denied because it was over 30 days. Auto mirrors are not frozen fish, they do not go bad, so I feel that Pirate Mfg. not a company I will buy from again.

Ordered some black billet hummer hood latches and the associated latch springs. Ordered them from Pirate via Amazon. The Grub screws were too tight on the retaining pins, the alan key (included) to undo the grub screws was the wrong side, and just tore the thread. Ended up needing a hammer to knock the pins out and then unscrewing the grub screws. The retaining pins were too large for the billet pieces they were going into, i sent them several emails both direct and via forums, as well as via amazon account. Had zero response back. After six weeks (I work abroad), i decided to re drill the holes, and refix the whole thing myself. For the price paid (not cheap) this was far from satisfactory. The lack of communication has ensured me never to come back and to inform others. No excuse for that.

This company is horrible and their products are junk With incorrect descriptions. Their customer service is nonexistent. The guy I talked to a few times was very rude and confrontational. I’m guessing these guys started this company selling out of the back of a van in a shady neighborhood. They should have stayed there. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from this company.
