3.5 out of 5. Advisor was great but Technician I am unsure of. Got an oil change done. When I got home, noticed oil dripping under the engine area. Looks like technician spilled oil when removing the filter and never bothered to wiped down to clean the spill. But will not have to observe for leaks, if any after I clean this mess.
Usually have good service but today was different.

Dublin Toyota service writers are always friendly and helpful. They’ve never tried to upsell me on services I did not want or need. My truck is always finished on time as promised and the service writers always explain everything that was done. Drop off and pick up is very easy as well.

One of the employees backed into my car forcefully with another car while i was on my way out. Customer service did the best they could do for the situation but it was really not acceptable, and am still waiting to hear about a follow up of when i will be receiving my car. Big thanks to Sean for his great customer service and kindness despite the situation.

Great overall experience working w Brandon. I was in for a pre purchase inspection for a car that we ended up purchasing. Brandon was very patient and knowledgeable when walking me through the report. We spent a good deal of time on the issues that were critical and had to be fixed in the near term. Super helpful

A basic oil change took 2 hours! I’m not sure how long the car sat there before it was serviced. But it likely took 30 minutes from start to finish. According to the oil that was spilled on the engine cover, and not cleaned maybe it took the tech 15 minutes.?
One thing is for sure, the Toyota team is great at trying to get the blame off of themselves by asking if I personally checked the oil after the poor service that I was given.
The service rep informed me that a load test was done on the battery. The battery wasn’t cleaned.
This is a service department. Service includes cleaning. I arrived 5 minutes early, I was seen 5 minutes late.
You just lost a customer. Very poor service all aroud at Dublin Toyota!

Service was good and efficient, no doubt. However, I feel this was a rip off to get charged 250$ for updating a software. Imagine we need to pay apple and all other new electric car updates every time. For an essential feature, like display in this case why do I need to pay anything. It should be included in free service. Not happy with the system. No issue with the service though, they were efficient and quick.

Amazing facilities in Dublin, California…

Concierge greeting at curbside, appointment scheduled… but Dublin Toyota would have taken my 2024 RAV4 Hybrid Prime at that moment for its 5,000 mile free service check.

Had a great experience with Dublin Toyota. Intake process was smooth and easy. They provided me with information on my car and the status before they started the work. I appreciate them telling me ahead of time that I DIDNT need certain services…. The truth is appreciated! Eric provided great updates throughout the day and scheduled my shuttle ride back to the office. I’d recommend Dublin Toyota to anyone needing good and friendly service!
