This is a horrible place to stay my air conditioning unit been leaking for a month and the hot water heater is done!!! Maintenance man said that’s why my power bill for last month and this month was high because of both units leaking and need to be replaced. Not including all the other previous issues from 5months ago. Broken refrigerator holes behind the stove and in my hallway bathroom no closet doors ever been installed. Have to keep my air on 60 just so it can be cool in my bedroom. Power bill 400.00 every month because hot water heater broken and the ac unit. How do they expect people to pay 1600.00 a month to live here comfortably and I been uncomfortable ever since Feb 28th.

I have been here for awhile now. Lately all I had was disappointments. It's now pitch black outside in the parking lot due to the lamp post is out from our power surge over week or so ago. I mentioned to the maintenance man and waiting on Alabama Power to repair. Hopefully real soon, so now I
have to leave on my porch light. I'm sure Alexa will resolve the issue.
The last leasing manager that was just here was not understanding and unbelievable! No words can express anything that I have to say about her.
No matter positive or negative Alexa assures that everything will be okay, and does her best to resolve any issues. You need to have her as our property manager. She treats you with dignity and respect and always a smile on her face no matter what the outcome maybe. The maintenance team is awesome as well .If not for Alexa and the maintenance team I would rate this property as a 0. But thanks to Alexa and the maintenance team I rate absolutely 5 stars.

If I could give this place a zero I would. First, I have lived on both sides of the complex(parkside and lakeside). Both are terrible. Starting with parkside the building I was moved into had a known rat infestation for years. When I first moved in I had no clue until the colder months. When I contacted management they stated it was nothing they could do but set traps. I contacted pest control on my own and they stated this was an ongoing issue for years. I was eventually moved to lakeside after turning in notice to terminate my lease. I have been in my lakeside unit for a year. I have had ac leaks to now no ac for over a month. I contacted corporate, reached out to the leasing office, and the property manager. All of them have did nothing. It has been over 90 degrees in Alabama and they won’t even install a window unit ac. They lied like they had to order a part to fix the ac-mind you they ordered the part supposedly 3weeks ago. This place is terrible. Needs to be condemned. Please save your hard earned money!

This post is not based on my experience with the apartments but with the staff. Alexa, office staff and ray of sunshine, along with the maintenance guys are the only saving grace about this property. Alexa has always been incredibly friendly and helpful in both positive and negative situations. She goes above and beyond to help as much as she can and from what I see doesn't get the credit she deserves (which is why I'm making this post). The maintenance guys are always out working to fix the many issues on the property and have always been very helpful & pretty quick. My experience outside of Alexa & the maintenance team would get a 0 star rating. I've been here for several months, dealt with 2 property managers and my only positive experiences have been with Alexa & the maintenance team.

Air Conditioning has been out for nearly a month without a peep from management, I get emails about returning provided portable AC units and otherwise receive fines rather than I have any effort to fix the issue whatsoever. Management is also very slow to responses, occasionally taking a week and a half before any measure is taken to resolve these discrepancies. Despite these issues, the apartments themselves are inoffensive.

Ms. Frederick McCray is the new property manager and she did an excellent job fixing my account with efficiency and a great customer friendly attitude. The service has gotten so much better since she started if you’re having any issues I highly recommend speaking with her. Her professional is top tier !

I've been here since NOV 23. There are a ton of issues with this property and units. I actually thought I moved to a bad neighborhood. Management was terrible, Winny and Jay do a great job. Mailboxes do not lock, most are just left open. I don't even use a key, I just pull it open. Apartments are old and run down, no deadbolt to lock door just a chain. You will get none of the things posted online. There is no garbage disposal, electric thermostat, or USB plugin, all a lie. Communication is terrible, with emails that basically say we will be there whenever just leave your door unlocked. You cannot view anything in online billing, no statements of what you are being charged, just random amounts of money that says due. Not even a notification, you are just randomly expected to look at the app throughout the month. you cannot even view your lease paperwork. I wish I didn't move here, at the end of my lease I'm headed to Eagle Ridge.

my mom and I along with my brothers moved here on feb 28th 2024. the day I went to get the keys. i walked into a filthy apartment. still have the photos, roaches were everywhere stove was nasty and broken. the refrigerator was broken, and still is broken. the breezeways are full of duck poop. you smell weed through the vents of your apartment. the rent office staff is ruled and very inconsiderate. I had no fire extinguisher for 2months. the kitchen cabinets are chipping paint really bad I have no master bathroom door. No closet doors nowhere in the apartment. They are definitely not keeping up the maintenance. the maintenance men look very untrustworthy. the property manager is very racial. you have kids all in your breezeway that dont live there at all. they just did a maintenace wall through that should have been done 3yrs ago ijs do not rent here you will be better off living on the street and they expect for you to pay this high rent every month but cant enjoy your apartments because the roaches taking over
