I install softeners, filters, warewashing equipment, and chemical dispensers commercially. ALL my softener needs went through Performance Water Products. Chris is THE water guru. The man has built softeners you could play basketball in. If I ever had any questions with installation he was there. The occasional problem location, he stayed on the phone with me until we pinned down the cause of the problem. I really don't think there is a better source for systems anywhere. As for a better source for knowledge about the industry or the theory and function of these devices, he can't be beat. All in all I highly recommend Chris's company to anyone in need of anything water related.
