The staff is very friendly and helpful but unfortunately I took several of my Global knives here for sharpening and they gave them back to me duller than I brought them in, left grind marks on a couple of places, and a nick in the blade edge of my santoku. Of course I wouldn’t trust them to fix them so I took them to an expert who told me in depth about how poorly they sharpened my knives and did his best to clean them up and make them wicked sharp. Shop at your convenience but take your knives elsewhere.

Received a hot chocolate maker for Christmas and it was broken when we opened the box. Reached out to customer service and they sent a label to return the broken machine and said that they would send a new one. The broken one has been returned for several months and customer service will not respond to my messages asking for an update on the new one. Not the fault of this particular store, but as the item is no longer available online I cannot leave a review there.
