Apple Store is very organized and well stocked, it’s an Apple Store what’s more to say, they need to update store front photo though on mapping services. I will add correct photo.

Went to the Apple Store today and met a man named Cody at the Genius Bar, I’ve had very bad experiences with Apple Store employees in the past since they’ve been completely useless and knew nothing about fixing phones. But cody on the other hand was very helpful, it was very refreshing meeting a smart individual that’s great at their job. I now have more faith in Apple after this interaction.

If only I could leave a zero star. Brought my Iphone 15 in for minor screen repair. Phone was working perfectly fine but the slightly cracked screen was driving me crazy. Made appointment for repair at 12:40pm, met with representative and he took the phone back for repair. Went back to pick it up at 2 and was told that not only could the phone not be repaired, the screen was now completely unresponsive and the phone was beyond repair. It's like I went to the doctor for a couple stitches but ended up in the morgue. Anyway, they gave me new phone as replacement but refused (several times) to give back my old phone so that I could get the tech folks at my office to transfer all my information (photos, messages, apps, etc...) over to new phone. Also, they could not connect the new phone to cell service so I then had to run over to local Verizon store to have the phone connected to cell service but Verizon was unable to transfer the old data over to the new phone because ...., they did not have the other phone that the Apple store was holding hostage. Ran back up to Apple store to see if they could get the two phones to Sync but no luck because the older phone was brain dead. We're talking about photos, text messages, etc going back to 2012. Most of reps tried to be helpful but there was one in particular that was an unapologetic and really rude (didn't catch his name). Simply would not give me the old phone at all. I finally gave up at 5pm, over 4.5 hours, and I'm worse off than I was when I entered the store. Better service at the DMV!

If you consider to come late don’t come at all. I came around 8:40 they have like 20m before the closing time and the first thing he great me is “ you are not gonna get your new phone today”. I have follow up question and try to order the new phone there; he just has nothing of it and tell me the best way to do it is to go online and check or order it online myself. The super short white guy with glasses. Avoid him next time you come if you need actual help.

This store is full of incompetence.
I waited three days for my phone because of a mistake one of the specialist made to find out they sold me a 256gb instead of the tb which I originally asked for. Me, being fully under the impression I was sold the correct phone after waiting 48hrs realized once my phone started glitching and saying storage was full that it was in fact not the tb I asked for. Todd the “manger” told me there was nothing he could do to correct their wrong because of timing. So I now have to come out of pocket for a new phone because yet again another mistake on their part.

Love this store! The people staff of the Apple Store at the Summit really know how to help customers through sharing product knowledge and expertise. Purchasing is easy! I recently had to make a return due to my own mistake of not checking compatibility before purchasing online. They made it so simple and helped me find what I actually needed!

Update: After several hours of work, I finally got a refund. I spent several hours on the phone with every possible branch of Apple customer service. One consistent thing happened with every person I spoke to: they told me that because of the 14 day return policy their system wouldn't allow the return. However, it turned out that all they had to do was simply initiate the return, which was evidently well within their capabilities. In summary, I was lied to consistently, all day, by multiple branches of Apple's customer service, who came up with ridiculous reasons for not initiating my refund. I am incredibly grateful for the employees who did eventually help me, but the effort and time required shows the negatives of Apple.

Original post: I bought a pair of Beats last month, shortly after I found they did not work.
I returned the pair and was given another pair. After a few days, I had people complain of crackling and poor audio quality while using the Beats for calls. This occurred after the Apple 14 day return policy. Given my poor experience with both pairs, I tried to return my newly malfunctioning pair for a full refund. I've been arguing for over an hour with the Apple support team.
Additionally, the team members at the Summit Apple Store did not record my initial replacement properly, so the helpdesk I've been messaging with thinks I've already returned my item and received my refund.

I would highly recommend not buying the Beats Fit Pro as you can see they are incredibly poor quality. Apple is obviously not keen about returning the poorly made devices they sell at ridiculous high prices, nor are they forthcoming with return policies. Because of marketing and the "brand," they've been able to jack up prices while decreasing quality.
