I purchased a washer & dryer and refrigerator (Samsung) from Home Depot on 280 in Birmingham, AL. The delivery was on time and the delivery men set up the appliances. I asked one of them if they hooked up the waterline for the ice maker and he stated yes. I wondered when I checked the tray that there was no ice. I pulled the refrigerator out only to find that the waterline was not hooked up.

I contacted Home Depot regarding this issue and they sent someone out to complete the job. The Samsung refrigerator had a waterline attached and it didn't match the braided waterline Home Depot provided. Instead of trying to find a connector to complete the job, the gentleman stated that he couldn't complete the job because he didn't know how to hook it up and that I should call a plumber. REALLY?!

So I did, and had to pay $100 for something that was part of the service I paid for with Home Depot and the connector only cost $10. This is unacceptable and I want my $100 back because I shouldn't have had to pay anything out of pocket.

Not good the last few times due to garden shop pricing errors. It seems the plants are outsourced and do not agree with the posted sale signage. Yesterday, the very rude clerk argued with us and kept yelling that you had to buy 15 of each to get the $2 discount. After discussing with the manager, she immediately took care of the situation and said no one deserved to be treated in that manner. We appreciate her listening and effort to make an embarrassing and humiliating situation right.

Well seeing that I do there flooring my complaints and your complaints will be different. But they are really exceptionally outstanding in their flooring tile & hard surfaces. And they don't lie when they say you don't pay anything extra extra where you getting your floors laid cuz you've already paid it!
