Neers came highly recommended to us by our butcher and we picked up our meat 2 weeks ago. Wesley had great communication about our order and was very organized. He promptly offered to show us where he cuts, wraps and stores the meat, which was spotless. He explained how stringent he is with cleaning the facility, which was very evident. I liked that it is a family run business, with his wife helping him wrap the meat as he cuts it. The pride in his work is obvious, and the meat is delicious. We have sampled a little of everything and couldn't be happier. Also his spices and flavors in his sausages are amazing and not too overwhelming. We will be sending our meat to Neers from here on out.

Wesley Neer is a great guy, product is good, meat is great, and the different styles of the meats he does is so good. I have neighbors fighting over the meats we get from Wesley. One of the guys that works with him is pretty awesome Roy Brown.

Best butcher shop around. Had a great experience very professional very clean and honest. I would differently recommend these people to anyone who needs this kind of service. They are kind of out in the bonnies but it worked out for us. When they contact you they know all the answers for you’re questions. I like that. I’m always scepital about a new place but now I know where to take my wild game to. By the way their sausage mix is delicious.

This is hands Down one of the coolest butchers I've met. Great pricing and wonderful flavor. I had a pig procecessed in March 2016 and I have another ready in 2 weeks. I'm looking forward to his work again and again. Zero complaints!

Game processors are scarce in No. California. Fortunately, Wes Neer knows how to properly process any animal better than most of the ones I've used across the U.S. Take a few minutes to let him know what types of cuts you'd use the most and, please, don't just have 90% of your deer ground into burger and sausage!
