On their website they claim "From 1 to 1,000 pieces. In-house inventory plans for OEM manufacturers." I called them needing one part created and duplicated only to be informed by the lady answering the phone that they do not do small parts. They work with "large companies" and if they could do the part it would take months for them to get to. If that is the case maybe you should change the descriptions on your website
