In a way I am glad they changed their name. The new owners lived off the reputation of Beard's excellent customer service for too long. Many times, depending on who you get, the people who work there are rude and abrasive. They will tell you right off they can't do this or that. They sometimes act as though the price is too exorbitant for you when relaying how much you owe. It's interesting to say the least. I use them for silk arrangements only because they are convenient. The new name is Petals and Stems but the attitudes are the same.
