I have used them twice now for my half a beef. They are really good at making sure they get the cutting instructions just right. Very nice people. I have only had great experience here.

We have been going here for a long time and only had the best experiences in the past. Recently the company changed hands and now they are scamming people. We brought in a whole cow for cut and wrap. The meat we received was not from the cow we sent in. The steaks were not the size we ordered, we were shorted all our ribeye steaks and they substituted asada meat for other meat we ordered without permission. When we called them to ask about the ribeyes steaks they treated us as though we were making it up to get extra meat. All the other steaks we ordered we supposed to be 2 inches thick and they are only 1 inch thick. Also the meat inside the packaging looks old and is showing signs of freezer age ( parts of the meat are brown). Our hamburger meats are 2 different colors. No one wants to spend thousands of dollars to process a cow just to have the butcher swap out the meat for leftovers in their freezer.

Good customer service and experience. Was looking for fresh and local grown meat. We bought lingucia, ribeye, steaks, ground beef, patties, and beef sticks, Drove up at the time fresh pork was delivered. I would recommend this business

I've been bringing both my beef and hogs here for processing for many years. I have tried many other places throughout Central Valley. I find this particular place to be far above others. I've always been happy with my packaging and processing. I find this family run business to be trustworthy helpful and outgoing. I'll continue
Support this particular business. I'm not a large rancher but we probably do about 40 animals a year that they processed for us and we been happy each and every time..

We have been using Sanders meat for 10 yrs. They are always so nice and cut and wrap everything so nicely. They paper wrap which I love. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I don't usually leave reviews but I thought other people would want to know. We bought half a grassfed cow anf had sanders butcher it for us.I'm pretty sure we got 2 different cows. Some of the meat taste great and some not good at all. I took 2 seaperatly wrapped packages of ground beef out to thaw. There was such a difference in them we decided to cook them in to hamburgers and seaperate the packages to see if they tasted different. One was brown had no smell and tasted great after being cooked the other one was red had a bad smell and tasted so gross even after being seasoned and cooked. We've had the same experience with the other cuts. Some taste great, some smell and taste bad. Im truly distraught because we paid a good amount to have a organic grassed cow and I have no idea what we truthfully got!
