Pulled up this afternoon looking for a new storage building. Right next to the front door. My mother and I could see people inside. We walked around outside, where there were people as well. Looked at a few buildings. Not a single person came to ask if we needed help or even acknowledged our presence. A horrible and rude experience. They lost $5000+ in business that we took elsewhere. Shouldn't be open if you don't want business.

DROVE TO THEIR OFFICE IN ANNISTON TO PURCHASE AN RV CARPORT AND WAS TOLD THE PERSON I NEED TO TALK WITH WASN'T THERE TODAY BUT HE WOULD CALL ME THE NEXT DAY. THAT WAS THREE MONTHS AGO AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE. IF YOU DON'T DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO BEFORE THE PURCHASE YOUR NOT LIKELY TO DO IT AFTER THE PURCHASE.

Does not stand behind their product. Will not return messages after emails and pictures sent to them. Builder did a shoddy Job. Would not buy from them again
