As first-time parents, my wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at East Los Angeles Doctors Hospital’s obstetrics department. The care we received was absolutely perfect! The facilities are well-equipped, and the staff showed exceptional patience and professionalism, guiding us through every step with kindness and support. The nursing team was experienced, friendly, and even had a great sense of humor, which helped us feel more relaxed during such an important time. i went to this hospital because a had the flu real bad at same time when the virus hit . at first they were nice to me but they they took blood they found drugs in my system, the doctor did not come back to talk to me . when i got home i realized they they did not return my ID i went back three days later they said they did not have it ...and on the release papers they mention only about the drugs.. . the doctor told me if i did not want to die i should not come tom the hospital. i know the visur was killing people i am the kind of person that i will not even go see doctor and i only go to the hospital unless i a m real sick .

I loved my experience at this hospital when I gave birth they treated me really nice all the staff was attentive caring and helpful . The nurses are really patience and
Supportive they never left me alone while my labor .

Terrible terrible service. Went thru Emergency sat 6 hours for them to say nothing not help send me home with Motrin. My foot got ran over at work by a working truck and u want me to take Motrin. Tried to ask the Sr a question he’s too busy and over worked. 1 Dr for the ER is ridiculous. Need new staff plus more staff after that. Very very bad experience. Never Everrrrrrre again. No one around to help or anything. Close this facility down ASAP!!!! FYI I only clicked one star because I had to in order to post 0 stars

All i can say is that the labor and delivery department has given me the best attention any other hospital has given me. ALL nurses were very helpful and provided what i needed. I was told this hospital was not good and just negative comments about it, but NONE of that was true. Thank you so much for the care that was given to me, my husband and my baby ☺️

This is the worst place ever you want to be. If an emergency the new doctor is really good. Don't get me wrong but after I had to stay the night to have emergency surgery on my appendix... And after the recovery on the late night one of the nurses were so bad I had to go to the bathroom. She wouldn't come and this was like the third day I was there so I finally had it and and I took off. I had to top it off off. There are homeless. They're screaming late at night. A racist lady screaming profanity. It was so bad and especially that I have migraines forget about it

My husband and I had an excellent experience at ELADH when we welcomed our baby. Parking was ample and accessible. We were immediately assisted when we went to check in. The hospital was clean and orderly and the nurses that helped me, from the delivery to after-care were knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. They were not intrusive and let us rest, but they were tactful in offering assistance and checking in on us for anything we needed. We had a room to ourselves, my husband was provided with a bed and three meals per day (yummy meals), and we were both made to feel comfortable. I also love that our baby was kept in our room at all times and not taken away for this, that and the other. That was simply awesome. Lastly, everything was explained to us by our discharge nurse. Celeni, who, like Yun and each of the others, was sweet and helpful, made sure we had everything we needed and took us all the way to our car. Thank you to all the staff and to Dr. Baggot!!! I highly recommend this hospital to any mommy to be who wants quality care and a great experience.

I delivered my baby here this past Saturday. My overall experience was pretty good. Some of the nurses were more understanding than others. for my first time having a C-section I had a very good experience with that as well. My scar is healing up nicely. Thanks to Dr. Baggot. I would definitely return if I ever have another baby.
