Updated review, Box is definitely one of the better alternative to Shimano or Sram, and it took some convincing for me try out Box Components after an individual from Berm Peak. My experience with Prime 9 has positive, have only ordered mountain bike components, and am surprised that they are located so close to home so makes things easier for me to order.

Bought 2 Box1-2 Prime9 groupsets for my bike and my son's bike. Had a minor setback and the customer service handled it seamlessly. Had a warranty replacement and they took a little longer than expected: so one of the Box guys calls me and offers to meet near my area and give me a replacement component for the time being instead of shipping one. I'm 16 and don't get my license for another month so I had to decline, but this is really top-notch lol. Thanks to the guys at Box

Simply awesome experience! I needed to fit a 50 tooth cassette on my 1600 watt e-bike and decided to stray from my long love of Shimano and take a chance. Simply put, the whole drive train shifts more reliably and smoother than any Shimano ever has for me. It's actually surprising just how much better it shifts over Shimano.
The service over the phone with Christopher was incredible and he took the time to answer my questions. Box Components is my go to now for my drive train needs.
