Perfect, on-time delivery! Product exactly as advertised! I love my chair! I had a small logistical problem with a head pillow that I added: I misread the color and got black instead of gray. Unfortunately they only come in black and I missed it! Meagan from customer service handled the problem to my satisfaction + ! Thank you for your understanding and remedy!

We bought a couch, loveseat and warranty a couple years ago from this place. I was told the warranty would cover EVERYTHING including pet damage and daily wear and tear. Unfortunately we started seeing issues about 3 months after. The thread was coming undone everywhere the motor stopped working on the love seat. About a year later the leather stated wearing. We don’t use the love and there are only three of us In the house so the couch is used but not abused. Trying to file a claim we found out Nothing they pitched was covered.
⚠️ ‼️ Warning ‼️ If you file a claim with the warranty company the damage has to be within 30 days of being noticed. Once you file the claim you must provide pictures of the damage, large pictures of the furniture and the receipt of purchase.( I was not aware of the large picture of the furniture) my claim was denied. 2nd attempt to refile its past 30 days Denied!
If you do decide to buy from here I hope you have a better experience.

We received our Pantheon and Paladin Movie chairs yesterday! They came secure and protected by a cover and plastic. The first thing you notice is the high-quality leather, which puts the fake stuff to shame. Next is the commercial quality. Everything is made top-grade, and the quality is supreme. It may cost a little more, but it is worth it!

We ordered the Virtuoso seats from 4Seating and are very pleased with the quality of the seats. I will be honest that I had a few doubts about ordering online, but the process was very simple, and the "white glove" delivery and setup was a great choice - very pleased with the level of detail that the delivery guys showed, and everything went very smoothly. We love the chairs for our TV room, kicking back and watching games and concerts is a blast. We made a good choice going with 4Seating.

She informed me that the item was temporarily out of stock but assured me the chairs would be shipped immediately to avoid further delay. The entire process from ordering my theater seating to getting follow-up customer service has been absolutely fantastic.

Upon my initial order, 4Seating reached out letting me know of a shipping delay, my options, and helped to coordinate delivery that worked for me.

Once I received my seats, there was a minor issue and an inquiry that I had in terms of the seat accessories. Megan from 4Seating went significantly above and beyond to help me out and did so with care and truly understanding what I was looking for.

It’s a no-brainer. If you need to purchase recliners/theater seating and want to do so with a company that will stand by the products they sell, and provide excellent customer service, look no further.

Be aware of this place do not order if you can order from anywhere else I would suggest it. Half of the reviews they have or made up. I ordered three platforms. What a piece of crap they are, they are made from the cheapest wood product you can find. $2500 for three Hollow boards wrapped in a cheap commercial carpet with staple marks seen throughout the entire platform. It took three weeks to get even though on their site, it says seven business days. I spoke to what he called himself as a supervisor Richard/definitely name suits this guy. He is completely unprofessional and useless, and could not even answer questions just arrogant, rude and limited education based on the response he gave.
If anybody wants pictures of what they sent, I would be more than happy to post them for you and email them as well so you do not get scammed
