Awesome experience buying from this company. They specialize in quality made old fashioned cider presses! I got the American Harvester and it's beautiful. We love getting the family together after we have harvested all the apples and pears, cooking out and everybody helping to make the cider, so everyone takes a little home. Was able to stop by their shop. Very impressive set up. I spoke to several employees, from shipping to fabricatio, and all were very friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the product.

Frustrating experience so far. Purchased the American Harvester deluxe kit. Lots of missing bolts and the hand crank. Extremely slow response. I had to find their address and add them to google maps to report this.

When I placed the order, there was a 14 day lead time, At the 14 day mark got an email saying another 14 - 21 days. We are 45 days in and still no order and I have tried multiple times to to email with zero response. I recommend getting a press from another company.
