I've never been to the physical store, but I found them online when looking for Guanciale, and I bought some of their salami as well. I have enjoyed all of their products well enough to be excited to write this review.

I bought Tartufo along with some guanciale, and both products were shipped promptly and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The salami in particular was really good, it was well packaged and flavored, the truffle was very present but not over powering. The texture was very well done with distinct marbling by the grain size of the lean meat and fat.

The guanciale is great to cook with. I usually get it from Coro Salumi, but they were out of stock, which led me to Alle Pia in the first place. Although now I don't really have a reason to go back unless Alle Pia goes out of stock.

Alex and Nicole were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. We were offered samples of 5 or 6 different types of meats in order to help us decide which ones we wanted to take with us. All of them were great. We especially appreciate this place because they carry lardo, which in our experience is not easily found . The affiliated restaurant, BuonaTavola, is excellent. Alex was there that night to help us select our Grappa for after dinner.

Rude woman. Arived at 3:50 and no time nor ability to be pleasant. Never have I been treated with such disrepect."I'm closing!" Said with a harsh voice. Yes we had been wine tasting but went out of our way to this shack, dont bother with this angry shop hag.
