The hardwood floor looks great. I wish I did not have a different crew each day in my home, each crew came at different times and it would have been nice to get a phone call from crew before they arrived . There is poor communication between the different crew members and crew leaders. I ask in the very beginning to save any extra flooring for me sadly that was not communicated and the extra flooring was throw away. I would have like to have extra wood flooring on hand if a replacement piece is needed in future.

I went to this hardwood flooring store to ballpark costs. Nope! They can't give material costs because "the prices change EVERY DAY." They literally have to telephone for material costs so it is up to the minute and even then will not give a specific cost per square foot. Costs for labor to install? "We can't say, we have to send out an estimator." Cost to remove old carpet? Again, they have to do an on site estimate. I understand you can't give hard and fast prices without an on site review, but other flooring stores are happy to quote material costs. Other flooring stores are willing to talk in broad terms about installation costs. These folks couldn't tell me anything. On top of this, the sales lady was unfriendly and made me feel like I interrupted her day. Save yourself the frustration and skip Russell S Lee flooring.

I requested an estimate for my project online and everything went through just fine. However, I never heard anything from them at all. I thought maybe I had forgotten to hit 'send' or something on the request so I did it again...and still never heard from them.
