I would first like to start off by saying that when I first came to the store there was an issue with my account they couldn't find the information needed to show that I returned the items from my past account. Management Maurice Green General Manager of store #CO582 and Felicia Kidd (Sales Manager) went above and beyond. He /they spoke with someone from corporate, and got things rectified. They found that the store that I was with prior had closed and that the merchandise was not even log in that it was returned. Maurice Green (General Manager) and Felicia Kidd (Sales Manager) store#CO582 did not stop until the items were found and that my account was cleared . The next day Felicia Kidd (Sales Manager) called me and told me that everything was cleared and, that I could move forward with getting the items that I needed. They both went above and beyond. Their customer service is truly heart felt they care, they help and, understand what your in need of. If your looking for good customer service, well this is truly phenomenal. I would recommend this store to anyone.

WORST PLACE IN TUSCALOOSA FELICA IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL!! TOLD US ONE PRICE ONE WEEK ON THE PHONE , THEN WEEKS LATER IT WAS SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!! VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL DIABOLICAL PEOPLE FELICA IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER WORST STORE IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA VERYYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL FELICA IS VERYY BAD!!! Awful place to rent from. We chose a couch and love seat online and they delivered late. The next day my husband went in to get a different one and at first was told we would have to pay 3 months in advance for a different one. My husband picked on he liked and asked if it was new and they said yes. They told him they only had 1 delivery guy so he would have to help. Luckily they sent two! But I have two blown discs and this couch was not supportive(like it had been sat on a lot) so we on week left and contacted them on Monday about picking it up. My husband was told they only do it on Tuesday so no refund either. They were scheduled after 3 and showed up before 1 pm unannounced to pick it up.My husband was still at work which left me nothing to sit on until he came home. I have bought several things from Aaron's in Florida and this place is awful compared to other Aaron's.

Horrible , unprofessional and extremely Worn overpriced products! Management is very rude and had the nerve to charge $2700.00 for a three year old riding lawnmower with a ripped seat, rusted metal and overall unappealing appearance. His response to this product was, “not my problem, that’s Aaron’s problem “ ! I walked out after that.

I wouldn’t even leave one star if it would let me but the manager at this store is very rude! I initially went to take one of my family members to get a bedroom set from them, everything had already been approved online and during the phone call my family member got, they said the only thing they would need him to do is bring in a ID & they’ll be ready to set up a delivery date. When we got there it was a whole different story, the store manager was very rude demanded that I put my name on the lease agreement just because I was there with a family member. She didn’t have my permission to put my name on the lease agreement and still did so. After I told her that I didn’t want my name on there , she refused to take it off! Then she said that my family member wasn’t approved for anything after he got an email saying he was! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, you’ll be better off going to spillers, your way, or another furniture company!

Bought a brand new TV from here and it messed up. They gave us a much smaller loaner TV to use while ours was sent off for repairs. We were told the repair would take a week and then we would have our TV back. It is going on 5 weeks now and still our TV is not back and no answers given when called... they should communicate better with their customers or replace with the same size loaner since they don't know how long it will be...
