I found Northriver Cart Service July of 2020 through a lot of frustration from other cart services who didn’t take care of our issues. Before i connected with them I would have to borrow a trailer and take time off of work to load up my cart. I would have to take off of work and drive it to the shop over an hour away. I would wait weeks for them to repair it only to have to borrow a trailer again, take off of work again and drive back to pick it up!
With Northriver Cart Service they make it so simple!! After almost 4 years of doing business with them, now I just call or text them with my issue and that’s it. No taking off of work! No renting or borrowing a trailer!! They literally come to my front door and diagnose the issue. They always give me options on what they feel is best. On average they are $100-$300 cheaper than most of the repairs we were doing before we met them.

They are patient to talk through all the details and the pros and cons if there are any. Surprisingly, they are always working to save ME money. If they can repair something versus just buying new parts they always do! It’s hard to find someone that you can truly trust!
In addition to repairs they also do preventative maintenance. Now they will come to and look all of our carts over every 3-6 months to help us stay ahead of the issues! This has proven to save us in the long run. Obviously with batteries being the most expensive part of maintenance, they have helped catch issues that would have ended up costing us thousands of dollars. From maintaining the water, cleaning the terminals, and changing old cables this has been a great experience!

We are very thankful for all that they do. They are honest, hardworking, dependable. We have referred them countless times with the same response. They do residential and commercial. It doesn’t get better than Northriver Cart Service!!
