HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
The rocker assembly on an old rocking chair broke so they sent a replacement for $200 in October 2023. The part did not include the two replacement washers and Winston cannot figure out which washer I need, even after sending the attached picture! Worse yet, the retail customer service number is rarely answered. The call normally goes to voice mail with no return call.

ACTUALLY THE FURNITURE LOOKS LIKE NEW AFTER 13 YEARS OF 4 MONTHS A YEAR USE, BUT .......THE BOLTS ARE BEGINNING TO BREAK AND CAUSES THE SEATS TO SAG ..... THE LOCAL SALES OFFICE WANTS $35,00 A BOLT TO REPLACE THEN!. WANT TO JUST GET REPLACEMENT BOLTS AND HAVE HANDYMAN TRY.N NO WEB ADDRESS FOR THE MANUFACTURER!

The furniture is nice but the company it’s self is like s sweat shop. If you get sick or hurt and need off work your no longer needed and replaced. It’s like your a slavery to the company.
