Recently we had a malfunction during the weekend "on call" timeframe. We called the AC Guys answering service and response by the on call technician, Mike Z. was immediate. He diagnosed the issues and provided a temporary, but reliable repair. On the next available repair day, the owner, Robert Solomon responded and provided a permanent solution. The repair took two days, and Mr. Solomon and his lead assistant, Dave were professional, provided an in depth explanation, and performed QUALITY work.
Our Trane system, one of three, is again performing perfectly, and we are extremely happy with Mr. Solomon, and his assistants!
We highly recommend!

Great service! Scott came out on a Sunday afternoon in about an hour after we called about our broken A/C. He found the problem and repaired everything at a reasonable price. We have had them help us before and each time have been very happy with their service. Highly recommend them!
