A couple of weeks ago a buddy of mine and I took 2 deer to Holifield Processing to help us save a little time. I normally process my own game and was running behind and decided to look for a processor close by. I hold a very high standard for processors coming from the norm of doing it myself and I found out quickly that Holifield is a place that you can trust to get quality work. I'm extremely pleased with the results and the fact that everything is properly labeled, sealed, and measured just as I'd do it at home. Highly recommended even if you have to drive by other processors to get there.

I had posted earlier that my ground meat was full of fat and how disappointed I was. Since then I was contacted by Mr.Holifield and meet him with a sample of the meat I got back from his processing company. After meeting with him it is apparent that he is truly intersted in satisfying his customers. He made things right for me and I now have a great deal of confidence in him and his company. I would and will be recommending Holyfield to my hunting partners.

I can almost bet they kept a portion of my deer and all of the packs I got back were miss labeled. They were not upfront about the field dressing fee either. Will not be back.

First time getting a deer processed and they didn't confirm what I would like and did not explain what i was getting . Gave me mild hamburger when it was supposed to be jerky
