Friendly welcome center employees (a change from last year). Usually quick in and out. I really hate their dirt lot and the way they stage trailers. They are so close together you have to ask someone to pull them out. Yet JB hunt trailers seem to have plenty of space.

Fast service mostly by the downside is that when picking up a empty, you will see that they damage trailers here. Some are scratched up bad because the yard jockeys park them so close together that you can’t get to the landing gear and if you pull them out well that damages the landing gear and they don’t care about that

Just say NO. I delivered here. Security was unpleasant, not very professional and slow. Receiving docks are easy. Yard drivers are rude. Unload of half a trailer of cardboard boxes was SLOW. I don't know what it is with good places but there is nothing redeeming about any of them.

Worst worst place to unload. Unnecessary wasting time. Checked in at 9am, the security guard told to wait on street and there is no shoulder to park. Got call after 3 hours then waited one hour unnecessary in front of the dock . After arguing with security guard came one guy to break the seal and open the doors. Still unloading and it’s 2:15pm seems it will take forever to unload. Wasted my entire day. Will never ever come this place again.

If I could give 5 negative stars I would… the lady at the gate who is always on her phone with them shades on is one of the most RUDEST UNPROFESSIONAL individual I’ve every cross paths with … every time I come here she’s a problem… if we have to drop a trailer here why not put a sign up ( on the street) to ask drivers to slide their tandems and open one door while in the street before turning at the entrance out the way of traffic sliding tandems and opening a door then pulling up to the gate… plus they never get out in look inside trailers… weird but kool…it’s crazy how every time you come here it’s something different… but she will always be that lady with an ugly attitude … as always stay safe drivers and i hope you all have a great day…

Everytime I use Pillsbury to make a pie crust it shrinks....I extra prick it so it wont shrink and it always ends up on the bottom of the pie plate

This place sucks! Been here since Thursday around 3pm and its wend morn and still waiting to unload. They have you park out on the road with no way to use the facilitys. This place cares one cent less about the drivers, there time and there health. Good luck to other drivers. Have plenty of fuel and food, hopefully nothing from any general mills!

No one knows who is who, no one knows if your load is ready or not. I called ahead of time to see if I can get early drop and hook, told me no come in on the appointment, I came on time at 7 am and have been told the load is not ready, gave me a phone number to check, called every hour for 9 hours then told call tomorrow at 8am.... 13 hours wasted in this place and stayed on the street over night. Rejected the load because such companies should be held accountable for wasting the time..... and drivers should have a BLACK LIST OF BAD COMPANIES and boycott such companies.
