Arrived at 11am for a 3pm appointment. Assigned dock (typical tandems back, unhook trailer, we'll call when done). Crew was on lunch but clerk said they would get started when they got back. Got phn call around 130pm trailer was done and good to go. Hooked back up, pulled forward, sealed and out the gate. Load weight reasonably light, only 28000 with double stack pallets top to bottom front to back. Only downside, warehouse was built in 1984 so was designed for 48ft trailers and cabovers, gets a little tight fitting a 53 and a long hood. On the plus side, the yard jockeys are nice and will pull trailers if needed to get them out!

Office located closest to highway side, drop trailer and disconnect because it’s very tight….

After arriving at the 15101 Lake Forest just be told you got to go to our other location which is right down the road no big deal but over 3 hrs to get loaded with 5 company trailers sitting here not to mention not being acknowledged when checking in
