To the owner of Mayfield Ace Hardware. I want to let you know that you have an outstanding employee. This employee went out of her way to help me get a generator to help my parents have power. She took my name and number down to let me know when it arrived. I called and a young man told me I wasn't gonna be able to get it until tomorrow. She immediately called me back and said my generator was there. This is what I call superior customer service. And for that great customer service I will be back again. This employee is Ms MB. Thanks MB your the greatest!!!

Mayfield ace… you have a special place in my heart. But I can’t help but shoutout a special employee. That would be Dillon. Oh where do I even start. From the way he masterfully meanders the aisles, to how he gracefully grazes the lawn care equipment. When I walk in and see that man with the black toro hat on, I know I’m about to get treated RIGHT. Whether he’s wandering the weed eaters, beating the bush by the blowers, or looking left and right at the lawn mowers, he is always the employee of the month to me. If you ever go in here to this store, please ask for Dillon if you want someone to take some splendid care of you. Now if you want mediocre, mid, average, or subpar service, I’m sure you could ask just anyone, but some of us just want that something special. And if that’s you, then heed my words, you will not regret it.
