Ordered products from their website. After an initial delay, I emailed them to ask about status. I was told they were having supply chain issues, and couldn't provide an ETA for shipping my order. They offered a 10% refund if I was willing to wait, or a full refund whenever I'd like.

I initially accepted the 10% refund offer, however never received it. After a few months, I again asked for status of the order. Never received another reply, after numerous calls and emails. Never received my order, never received a refund, never even received an explanation.

I ordered over $100 dollars of ammo from this company and never received anything in the mail. They gave me the run around for over 1 YEAR! Until finally it seemed like I had to convince them to cancel my order and refund me. It took multiple calls and messages to accomplish what a reputable company would have in a day. Please consider purchasing from someone else.

I placed a small order on 9/16/2020 and Polywad charged my card immediately for just over $115. My order had not shipped by 1/26/21 so I contacted Polywad via their website. On 2/22/21, Jamie McClanahan, an Office Manager/Bookkeeper, said she was sorry there was a component shortage and they hoped to ship in the next few months. On 7/29/21 they were contacted by email as the order still had not shipped. No answer from Polywad. I emailed them on 8/5/21 and 8/18/21 and received no answer. At that point I initiated a credit card dispute. I will never do business with this company again. They also don't answer their phone, tried that several times. Bad company to do business with, essentially fraudulent.

I also ordered early in the year and they took my money but no shells.
This is fraud and I called local Chamber Of Commerce there and they
said they would investigate.I have called many times and emails.No response.Next call is to the District Attorney.Clearly a scam with the virus as an excuse.There web site is still taking orders.David Wilson

Placed order on December 6th. Money was taken, order confirmation etc. They won't answer the phone, return messages or emails. Called yet again this morning & the mail box is full now. Never again, I will be finding another brand of spreaders!

Ordered on 12/13 recieved confirmation the money was taken from my account. Now noone will answer emails or the phones and no shipment information nor has the package has arrived. Very poor customer service

I placed an order back in June of 2019. They too my money and I never heard back. I tried for a few months after then gave up. Only just remembered when I was thinking about finding some ammo for my shotgun.
