Crisp County hospital ER has the best service I've ever seen. I took my granddaughter and we may have waited 30 minutes to be took to the back. They were very nice and even brought my granddaughter a nice warm blanket straight out dryer and we were there for maybe an hour and 15 minutes. Best ER experience ever. It was worth the hour drive to go.

It's 2.30, 3am. Emergency is all but deserted.

A black woman with her 2 month old INFANT came in right after me and was waiting 90+ minutes to be seen as her baby got actively sicker in the waiting area. She walked out in frustration and I don't blame her.

A white woman with her 15+ year old daughter who vomited once came in and was given a room within 10 minutes.

That should tell you all you need to know.

Edit: Now that we've been seen I would like to give my compliments to the staff ❤️ my husband was thoroughly looked after by Dr. Huet and Nurse Olivia. Getting his prescriptions was super efficient at the pharmacy on the hospital campus! Everyone was truly kind.

I was told there was only ONE nurse working nights, which is why the wait time was so crazy. That's wild and bordering on negligence to me. But overall our care was phenomenal❤️ Thank you again Dr. Huet and Nurse Olivia!!

On 2-10-25 I came in the emergency room for treatment. I have sat in the back for two and a half hours without seeing a Dr. The nurse stated we been trying to get this lady to see the patients". It a sad situation but they will bill your insurance for services not rendered. There was a patient who been here since 6 p.m and they just left at 11:45 without seeing anyone.

The staff no matter what area of the hospital they work in are the kindest people. I've never seen so many smiling faces in a hospital. The same day surgery dept are the best we've dealt with in a long time. You guys rock!

I am at Chrisp regional and I want to say Dr. G and the staff has treated me with kindness and respect in and so compassionate that I would recommend anybody that needs medical assistance to come here. God bless each and everyone of you.

We went there for an accident and they harassed us and didn't treat my boyfriend in the ER and he set in the waiting office fir an hour wile I was being called names and a bad mother, and today we went in to get him seen and the nurse said as she walked out and saw us and said ,not these people again . So I don't approve this hospital ,and it's not good hospital. There no good to there name we will go to a different one.

I really dislike giving bad reviews. However, I’ve given this hospital chance after chance. Each time I go in it a massive wait. The rooms are always full. Staff are not really concerned about the condition you are in. I had my son at this hospital and it was the same thing then. I mean occasionally you will find a great nurse then… The bad staff far outweigh the occasional good nurse or doctor. Got lost in the hospital once and asked a staff for directions on how to best get out. The staff basically gave the impression that he was too busy. It still took me nearly an hour to navigate out of the Ob dept…pregnant at that. Over six months pregnant and I had been in a wreck while pregnant at that. Overall I just want to say I’m not sure what’s going on. The morale is very low. The wait time is ridiculous. However, the are in no slow time to send you a bill! & send it to collection if not handled in like a month. Is which I do not get.

The nurses were outside with a wheelchair helped me out of car and into ER! Extremely friendly and caring. Doctor, nurse, ultrasound tech and all staff was attentive and informative. Best ER experience I have ever had.
