Very clear that they don't care how they treat you. They are so rude and won't give you time to try and explain before interrupting and shutting the conversation down. They may or may not pick both trash cans even though you pay for it and if you call they make it your fault. We angled our security cameras on the pickup site because, with them, you have to have proof or It's automatically all your fault. It's not like using them is a choice. If you live here you have to use them so this review won't help with deciding to do business with them. At least for those who are new to the area like us will know what to expect when dealing with them. Use cameras if you can or deal with living with an overflow of garbage because they won't pick it all up.
