Classy Setting with a beautiful backdrop. Wine list was amazing and our server Jonah was exceptional as well. Also, we got to meet the manager. I believe his name was RAY or Miguel, from Puerto Rico. He is an extraordinary host! Will definitely be there again. The rack of elk was amazing! Don’t sleep on it.

Probably had one of the best experience of my life in GA. I proposed my future wife in the restaurant, but before that we went to the wine tasting on the button side, had great time, then we went up the restaurant where they treat us like royalty we had the best table next to the fireplace and the manager Mathew help me with the proposal when the desert came in. I’m more than grateful this place is our best place forever now. Thank you all the staff and chefs 🙏🏽

Montaluce Winery offers breathtaking scenery that makes for a beautiful day with friends and family. We had reservations and were able to relax and enjoy our table for hours, which added to the charm of our visit. The wine tasting experience was enjoyable, and the selection was great.

However, the customer service left much to be desired. We spent a significant amount of time waiting at the bar and felt ignored by the staff. It wasn’t until we involved the manager that the situation improved. While the ambiance and wine were lovely, the service could definitely use some improvement.

Great Experience for a local winery in North Georgia. The location is an authentic grape growing winery with a Tuscan theme. The location is beautiful rolling hillside. The physical restaurant is a huge Tuscan layout with scenic views views. Limited menu but everything was delicious. The local wines were surprisingly good. Had a great experience

My wife and I got to come up here for our anniversary and had an amazing experience. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious, the drinks were amazing, both the wine and mocktails that we had. Our server, Jonah, was very personable and welcoming to us, asked about our celebration, our daughter, etc. The only downside of our visit was we visited in the off season and the colors and vibrancy weren't there just yet, but we will be back for sure.

Overall we had a satisfying experience. The views and the wine are well worth the drive. The service is not great and doesn’t really match the vibe of the place. When we approached the host stand, they didn’t even say hello. However, our day was fixed and our experience was delightful only after Ray stepped in and made us feel like we were welcome there. I hope that every time I come back, I can find Ray’s smile and attentiveness 🙂

I tried their pizza bistro because the upstairs restaurant wasn't accepting walk-ins. While the pizza and wine were enjoyable, they didn’t quite reach the level of exceptional. Nonetheless, the bistro's charming Tuscany vibe and stunning views definitely enhance the overall experience and make it worth a visit.

We were invited to experience Montaluce last April 2024, frequented it again in October 2024 and most recently in December 2024 for Christmas dinner. The cuisine and the wine are second only to the surrounding breath taking views. The winery is located in the rolling hills of Dahlonega, Ga, that easily remind you of Tuscany. Having visited Italy, I can tell you, Montaluce delivers an ethereal experience. As you travel up to the winery, you pass the vineyards and villas that transport you to a different place. Each time we’ve visited, we have enjoyed great service and wonderful dining experiences. This year, we decided to enjoy the special Christmas Dinner they prepared and were glad that we did; everything we ate and drank was delectable. If you want to experience another level of dining, in a place that lets you step back from the day-to-day, this is definitely where you want to go!
