Mrs. Toni led us through the intricate process of making wine at Dahlonega Wine, making Studio (I chose a Hibiscus/Dandelion flavor profile). As she taught us the art of fermentation and blending, Mark crafted a delightful batch of Honeydew melon wine. However, the highlight of the day was tasting "Always Popin," a unique concoction born from the remnants of various previous wine-making sessions. Each sip revealed a medley of flavors, a testament to the creativity and resourcefulness of wine-making at its finest. The experience was not just about the wine; it was a celebration of experimentation and joy in every bottle. Did you know that, much like a baby, it's necessary to burp wine... who knew? Me, my mom and two sisters tried their wine making class for the first time and it was a blast. The ladies there that was helping coach us through the process were very knowledgeable about wine and gave us clear instructions from start to finish. We all absolutely loved the flavors that we chose to make and will definitely be back to make some more in the future.

Had a lot of fun learning how to make wine. It was experiential & informative. Love the flavors that I had to choose from. Friendly atmosphere. This place is awesome! Twelve of us, most traveling from out of town, celebrated my Aunt's bday making wine on a bright and early Saturday morning. Ms. Tonii is the most down to earth, knowledgeable​ and helpful! As her website states, her DIY workshops "help wine lovers discover their inner winemaker one kit at a time." You will not be disappointed​!
