Never never come here drivers they care less about you hours had a 1700 appt. It's now 1220 and still haven't gotten a door yet.... with only 2 trucks when I arrived but if you need a 10hr break this is that place

Update: don't come here if you are independent it was 0418 when I left with a 1700 appt 11 plur hrs here good for a 10hr break

One of the worst receiver I have ever seen. Been here since 6am and it is 2pm now. Rude workers and bad service. If you book a load and see this better cancel and you will thank me later.

Prefer to never go back again. Second time there within 6 months. Receiving parking lot is TIGHT to turn around. Sat in a door for 3 1/2 hours past my window time. The workers on the dock are always behind with unloading trucks. Hung inside for awhile and noticed that if the workers worked as much as they talked they might just get something done.

This is the worst delivery place ever! Got here 6pm untill 2Am i wasn't unloaded! So disorganized i wonder they have fleet managers! If any they are so incompetent! Lady at the door is just blank, no idea nor know how of what she is doing. Never again will i deliver here.

People who wrote positive things here must delete them because they are not true.
They said IN and OUT in 20 minutes, do you guys believe that?
OTR drivers can't say that because no way they have their local trailers at the dock make you IN & OUT in 20 minutes not even in three hours.

Trying to get parts shipped to dealer is impossible at this time with Kubota. Multiple dealers have all expressed same problem with goods not being shipped due to "computer" issues at warehouse.

I am quickly losing confidence in this brand as I would never have anticipated not being able to get parts in a timely fashion.

Bought a Z421kwt 60 from Kubota. In 39 hours it has been in the shop 3 times. Twice because the tension spring broke and once because a bolt just fell out of the clutch bracket. The quality I expected from Kubota is just not what I received. They obviously are made cheap, or not made well. I debated hard between a Kubota and an Exmark. I feel like I made a bad choice with Kubota. I regret my purchase!
