Purchased a Ford bronco here on January 13th. They gave me temporary tags, I live in PA so the dealership needed to do the registration title with Pa. Monumental gave me temporary tag that expired 28 February. I just contacted the lienholder they said monumental Ford didn’t even submit the paperwork until 20 March. Thanks for nothing. I can’t legally drive the vehicle I’m paying for. Upon contacting the dealership about this, they don’t care they say there’s nothing they can do about it. Maybe you should’ve done your job properly in January and then wouldn’t have this problem. They’re not doing anything to make me whole not offering any oil change or anything. They already got their money. I am in Darian very often the oil changes would have been nice.

Monumental Ford was a huge help when I was searching for another reliable, affordable, dependable vehicle, when I lost my everyday loyal, dependable Toyota Camry in a car accident. I was very happy to find the vehicle I was looking for just a short distance from my home. Even though we kept some of the staff past closing time, because me and my husband both had to work that Saturday and arrive shortly before closing, they were so polite and helpful and was able to get me in my next amazing loyal, dependable, clean vehicle. The staff was very professional, very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me in and out with the car I wanted at a price that I needed. I will definitely be sending my friends and co-workers their way.

A business willing to associate with preditory third-party marketing campaigns is not worthy of anyone's hard earned money. Monumental Ford clearly has a pattern of doing this, most recently with their holiday scratchoff flyer. What I'd really like to understand is, how does this marketing scheme make any sense logically? They want to lure people to the dealer making them think they won a car, then point out to them that they need to be a winner AND have matching numbers (because we all know 90% of people dont read the bottom of the flyer, especially the bottom of the page before the scratch off), then when they realize they don't have matching winning numbers . . . And are all disappointed . . .Monumental Ford thinks people will buy or trade in a car, what, because they're there, and they, "might as well?" Absurdity, I, for one, have lost all respect for Monumental Ford as a business, and I've never even been there. I would never trust them with my hard earned money knowing they are willing to do business with preditory partners. Just look at the one star reviews here, almost all of them are related to their preditory marketing schemes it's a clear pattern and they've lost a forever Ford driver as customer before I ever walked into the door.

I purchased a bronco at the beginning of the month and said I was going to buy a F350 platinum as well but they didn’t have one on the lot. They found one and had it shipped down to their lot. The previous manager, and I agreed upon a price which was sent via text message to me.I wired the money to the dealership. The day before I was supposed to pick up the truck the new manager said he can’t sell it for that price and was trying to increase the price on a vehicle That already had agreement on. The new manager would not accept the previous manager’s agreement and refused to sell me the truck at the prior agreed-upon price. Now he’s trying to keep money that belongs to me for holding the vehicle which I wouldn’t have paid a down payment on it. If I would’ve known it wasn’t the first agreed-upon price. So it seems like the new manager is more of a thief than a manager. They say they take care of the customers. I guess they mean by taking their money and not helping them out.

We were driving to Orlando and our oil change light came on. We looked for a dealership convenient to I95 and found Monumental Ford. They were able to get us in right away, provided quick and excellent service, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!
