Use D. Russett company, Delta metals, or literally anyone else instead. Contacted owner Jenn for a small project of aluminum flat sheets that she had in stock sitting on the shelf. She was nice as can be. Then strung me along for a month. Finally scheduled delivery of materials and it was a no show. No call, no apology, no explanation. No nothing. So I went to the warehouse to see what was going on. She hid in the back and had her secretary tell me " oh it will deliver Monday now". Yeah, no thanks. Happily taking my business to a competitor. Tried to support a local, women ran business, and this is what I get. I realize my request was tiny in comparison, but don't agree to do the job if you're just going to blow it off. Not professional. Communication is terrible, and has no regard for other's time. Do business with someone else.
