The Steel Buffalo Butchery is USDA Federally Inspected butchery. They process livestock & wild game and have a meat market on site.
The Steel Buffalo is my new favorite for all my meat processing needs. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and their packaging is best I have ever seen. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

The only place I will take my Deer for processing. Very Clean, packaging is superb, great turnaround time. Large variety of cuts available for processing your wild game. Excellent selection of meats available for sale.
