Terry and Cody did a wonderful job removing a playset from a home, then transporting and reassembling it at my home(about 140 miles roundtrip!) 100% recommend hiring these guys for your playset installation. My wife and I needed someone to install a new playset for our kids and knew we weren't doing it ourself, so we were excited to find someone local to build it.

I am writing another review because the response to my last review was not true.

This was at one time an expensive commercial set. My email to them simply asked if they could reset it. It would have taken them maybe a couple hours to dig it out and redo as it was now assembled and in place. His wife texted me back saying, "I will absolutely not put up with bullying in any shape or form." There was nothing in my email that was bullying. I merely explained the situation and asked if they could please fix it. I didn't demand they fix, I just asked if they would.

If she wasn't interested in correcting it she should have simply said sorry, no can do, but to attack me for daring to even ask?

It's clear they are fine at putting together a child's swing set kit. And I do appreciate that he even agreed to install my set, if at a high price. But that I now have to pay to redo it, and was insulted by his wife, merited a bad review which I truly prefer not to do. Doing it for her sake really. Was totally not necessary for her to get so angry.

Guys did an awesome job and went way beyond to make sure the playset was just right. Melissa was so good to respond quickly and keep us updated the day of installation. Highly recommend this company and can't say enough about the two guys that came to our house. Very Professional and know what they are doing.

Did not follow simple instructions on placement. When I asked if they could possibly dig it out enough to put more dirt underneath the cement, the wife sent me a long text literally cussing me out for even daring to ask!

Thing is, I told him several times it was a commercial set, to be used by adults, not to bury it too deep. The instructions even said it only needed to be buried 1 1/2 feet. Placement was fine, but then he put the cement down before I could okay the depth, even though I was home the entire time.

Sadly, the tall, expensive commercial set I had waited so long to have installed was buried so deep it looks and works like a little kiddy set. I paid near 1k for the install to boot.

Maybe I'll have grandkids someday, in the meantime I really wish I could have been able to use this lovely swing set in my own back yard. I loved swinging as a kid, and still jump at the chance whenever I see an adult size set. 🙁

Can’t say enough about Playset Installations of Ga. Terry just did a second installation for me (first playset was at our previous home). He removed a previous set and installed the new set all in less than 8 hours.
They have great communication, are always on-time, work quickly, and leave my space spotless. Price of my playset (Costco) and their install was way less than alternatives.

This group came to install a playset the day before Thanksgiving. It was a crew of 3 and they completed the set within 6 hrs. The owner was very professional and his wife was very friendly and helpful setting the appointment up for us. They actually drove about 2 hrs one way to accept this job and we couldn't be happier! Top notch service! Fair pricing!
