If you can avoid this place I would advise you to do so. I’ve been here 6 hours and counting. They have no consideration for the truckers delivering. They let the hotshots cut line and prioritize getting them loaded. Me and another truck were next in line and 4 hotshots pulled in and they all went in before us, that was 3 hours ago. If you deliver here be prepared to lose a day of work.

The worst experience in my flatbed career.I picked up steel from canada to deliver here.Customs took 8 hours to clear load.Arrived at Delivery location on wednesday 12 pm(appt for 9 am).Tried to explain whole thing as it was 1100 miles to cover.the branch manager didnt even bother to listen.gave me next appt for friday morning.waited 44 hours just to offload 6 bundles

Unless you 'have an account' run, don't walk from this place. Paid 44% more than I could buy it RETAIL elsewhere. When I brought it to their attention (I assumed they entered the wrong item) they doubled down on this is non account pricing and offered to give me a better price next time. There will never be a next time. If I could give negative stars I would.

Called and got quote on about $200 worth of steel (two 20ft pieces of angle iron). Borrowed and hauled a flat bed trailer about 60 miles and arrived there at 3:30. Was told walk-in service ended at 3p. I explained my situation and offered to load it myself. Was simply told they were too busy although I saw nothing going on. Nothing is posted about limited service either. Poor PR

Great Experience!
Called them on a Friday afternoon, asked for 2 sheets of 4' x 8' 20G SM and it was in stock. Paid by credit card over the phone, picked it up 20 minutes later. Very nice folks, yes there is a $100.00 minimum but that was not an outrageous expectation. If you are looking for small pieces this may not be the place but it certainly has what you need and you can justify the cost versus a large box store like HD or Lowes.

Definitely don't care about the little guy. Unless you are purchasing large quantities don't expect them to pay attention to you. I Didn't know where to go other than Home Depot or lowes to get metal. A friend recommended here. When I walked in no one acknowledged I was there until I stared at a salesman awkwardly. I was then told I had to spend at least 100$ and I was 15min to late for customer pickup. All I needed was a 10ft piece I could carry. I could have spent more to get to the minimum 100$ I was ok with that. Then the guy told me I could try a place in carrolton.

Called today for info on steel panels. Girl I spoke with wasn't even the least bit helpful AT ALL. I have lived down the road from them and have called many times in the past for help on products and have purchased from them and have always been pleased until today. I was asking for assistance so I could make an informed decision. She only has 1 recorded response that she cannot suggest anything bc of liability, therefore no info..... I wasn't looking for suggestions, I simply needed info on thickness, etc so I could make my own decision.... I even called back bc I THOT someone may want to know about the lousy service however that was a mistake as well. Won't ever bother them again... 🤬🤬🤬
