I'm so happy with my beautiful countertops 🙂 Jesus Garcia did an excellent job for us. He went above and beyond to install our countertops correctly. We have solid surface countertops in the color Snow Drift. Thanks Mega granite for an excellent job and perfect countertops.

I did have a rough start with Mega Granite. First Installers did try to blame my walls not being square and being the cause of a gap with countertop and wall, though it was obvious the cut wasn’t straight, and the fact a template was laser measured a couple weeks prior.

Pieces didn’t measure up exactly how I requested them and had them go back for recut. I ended up consulting with April at Mega Granite and she listened to everything I had to say and I believe she did everything she could to make sure my install was to my liking. I’d surely have to say April is an integral part of Mega Granites success with its customers. I felt she took it personal to make sure I as a customer was listened to and taken care of.

Honesty, at first I was remorseful for choosing them, but by the end of it, I was happy and will do it again when I upgrade my bathroom countertops.

I can’t speak for every situation, but what I’ve seen so far working with April, I’ll happily and confidently get my next set of countertops from them.

Mega did a great job with my countertop installation (Jorge and Bradley) my installers were ready to work when they arrived. I would also like to thank Tracey in the office for helping to reschedule my installation quickly so I wouldn't have to wait so long with my husband being handicapped I needed my kitchen up and running as soon as possible. We moved quickly to get our kitchen refinished and worked primarily with Mega Granite due to another company not moving fast enough. Mega was eager to help and responded quickly to requests. The sales individual we worked with did not explain much to us about where the seams would be placed, the edging etc. The countertops were installed incorrectly - installers were on their last stop and did not level the countertops. The counters were obviously unlevel. When I reported it to the sales individual, I was told that countertops do not bow and this was not possible. I asked for this to be fixed and in the end it was all fixed. The part that lead to 3 stars were the number of installers it took to place countertops on new cabinets, the sales individual acting like their product did not do what our pictures showed, being told by the owner/manager that they would try to repair it instead of recutting and moving seam. The last installers, even though the job was done well, were not confident in their job and were shocked when I told them how I wanted it done and it worked. The company may be good, most installers may be good, the customer service is good, the company did not run from this error either. I am unsure if I would choose them for another job.

I have utilized the services of Mega Granite in Newnan, Ga on several occasion's for their awesome countertop products and 1st class customer service and installers. I recently chose to refresh / change my island top which first required removal of the existing top which i didnt want to see be destroyed which is not uncommon by many OTHER companies given the manpower required to move tops 4'x 8' of solid granite ! One contact to Mega and they jumped in, on a weekend, on short notice and made it happen w a crowd of their workers on a Sunday morning no less, and all w big smiles and their very normal professionalism ! Mega will always be my go to company for any kitchen stone counters or accents '

After reading other reviews I see that this has been a problem for over a year but I also encountered a person on the road driving a green mega countertop work vehicle who was swerving and flipping me off. Not sure about the work they do but that is enough for me to never want to bring business to this company & tell others the same. Letting that employee advertise on their vehicle is a terrible marketing plan.

We purchased a home in Opelika in December 2022. Mega Granite installed all of the countertops and sinks in the home. We did not move into the home until Mid 2024. One of the sinks in the master bathroom was defective from the factory. The sink was cracked from the bottom with water rings visible. Mega Granite responded to our service call and replaced the sink but refused to warranty the work. We had to pay full price for the sink to be removed and a new one installed. Very disappointed they did not replace the defective sink under warranty.

I understand issues happen but how you treat the customer sets the tone, they broke my counter on install, turns out template measurer didn’t ensure the sink fit, then they wanted ME to go to home depot and try to return a used sink and BUY a new one, then I assume somehow get it to their location an hour away. Well I got that resolved, however I just learned that they “received” the wrong materials so another 2 week delay, so basically 8 weeks with no sink or counters and no urgency on their part to handle the initial failures
